This past weekend was the 2025 IHJA Annual Show at H&H Stables/Wild Air Farms in Zionsville, IN. My older daughter, Claire, has shown many times at this venue going back all the way to 2010. It is a beautiful property and, if you have any interest in equestrian events, is well worth visiting (see the IHJA Calendar for show dates).
This year, Claire showed on her new horse “Boris De Bruz” and did fairly well considering this was their first official show together. Also new this year was a “team” competition where riders showed simultaneously while in a “wild west” themed costume. Claire and her teammate won 1st place for their costume.
